Meet Marc, a Marine veteran whose rugby journey started by chance at Camp Pendleton, California. Embracing his size, Marc took on the challenging role of a prop, positioned in the intense rugby scrum – the heart of the action.

Marc proudly served as a Marine veteran during Desert Shield/Storm, though a severe training injury rendered him non-deployable. Following an honorable discharge from the Marines, Marc pursued a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland at College Park.

While initially considering a career in law enforcement, Marc discovered his aptitude for sales and marketing, excelling in roles with a diverse range of companies, from start-ups to global enterprises. To better understand marketing and sales, he earned his MBA in marketing from DePaul University while working full-time. Motivated by his frustration finding service-disabled veteran-owned businesses (SDVOBE) for subcontracting, he established Front Row Solutions as a distinguished SDVOBE.

Marc has demonstrated unwavering support for veterans throughout his post-military career, establishing two charitable organizations—the Chicago Marines Foundation and the San Diego Marines Foundation. These organizations, having collectively donated over $250,000 to veteran-centric charities, showcase Marc's commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans. Additionally, Marc serves as a dedicated board member for Old Breed Rugby, where he actively contributes to supporting the families of fallen Marine Corps rugby players.
